The Hawthorn Community Education Centre (HCEC) provides educational programs for older people and less mobile and housebound people of all ages.

Participants are encouraged to design, manage or conduct courses that suit their own needs and additionally have a link to the wider community. The programs foster a positive view of ageing and disability. Through the pursuit of intellectual activities people are actively contributing to their own and community wellbeing.

Our website is designed to make our courses easy to find and read. We have made contacting us easier with:

- Our contact details on every page.

- An easy to complete contact form.

- Relevent email address of individual contact persons on each       course page.

We hope you like it, and we appreciate any feedback or suggestions you may have.

Our Vision:

Our Mission:

To provide community education programs that meet the
